For this purpose, AUGS has initiated a Volunteer Program under which chosen members can perform supervisory duties during regular gaming sessions. All volunteers must submit the Volunteer Duty Form to the President atleast one day prior to the desired session.

Please note:

• All AUGS members are eligible to apply. 3rd Year students are strongly encouraged.
• Preference will be given to members who are more active and regular.
• Chosen volunteers must be present on the specified date and time.
• Maximum of two volunteers allowed in a single gaming session.
• Volunteers can apply again as many times.
• In case of multiple entries, Management Team will choose.
• Management Team reserves the right to accept or reject a volunteer.
• All volunteers must work under the current Management Team.
• Non-members, visitors and seniors (4th Year) are ineligible.
