| What is AUGS? |
| AUGS stands for Air University Gaming Society. It is the official society for playing networked computer games in the premises of Air University, Islamabad, Pakistan. The society is purely student-based and operates independently under its own management. |
| Who can join AUGS? |
| All Air University students regardless of age, experience, computer knowledge, semester level or discipline may join the Society. |
| How do I join AUGS? |

| Can I join AUGS at any time? |
| Unfortunately, no. AUGS may only be joined when registrations are announced open. Since there are limited number of seats every semester, you shall have to register as soon as possible. |
| Are there any rules and regulations? |
| Absolutely. Like every society, AUGS has its own unique RULES which are enforced by its supervisors. Please read them carefully as they are taken very seriously, and care is exercised to make sure they are applied objectively and equitably. They have been formulated for your own benefit, so that you may have a disciplined gaming experience. You may either read them online or download them from here. |
| Which games can I play? |
| The games currently available are Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, Counter Strike v1.6 and Warcraft III: Frozen Throne. |
| When and where can I play? |
| Members can only play at certain timings in Computer Lab 2, BLOCK A, 1st Floor. The schedule is mentioned here. |
| How do I login for gaming? |
| A username and password shall be provided to you during a gaming session. |
| Do I need to install any game to play? |
| No. All games have been pre-installed and pre-configured. Just login and play! |
| Is there any limit to the number of gamers in a gaming session? |
| Yes. The maximum number of gamers that can be accommodated at one time is 38. |
| Who do I contact if there is any dispute? |
| Any member of the AUGS Management Team who is present in the lab. |
| I have received a Disciplinary Action Form. What is it and what do I do now? |
| The Disciplinary Action Form is only given to a student when AUGS feels that a rule has been violated. Please read the form carefully and make sure that you do NOT violate again, as future violations may result in a more severe action. |
| I feel that I have been wrongfully given a Disciplinary Action Form. How do I appeal? |
| You may write a written application addressed to the President within five days. Please mention the exact time, date, brief description of the incident and the reason why the disciplinary action should be re-considered. |
| Can I give my feedback/comments/suggestions/complaints? |
| Ofcourse! You can always talk to anyone of the Management Team. We also provide a short Survey Form twice every semester to all members which asks for their feedback. |
| I want to quit AUGS. What is the procedure? |
| Simply write an application addressed to the President, mentioning the reason why you would like to discontinue. You will receive a Disclipnary Action Form, formally indicating your termination of membership. However, please note that your fees will NOT be refunded. |
